INFLUENCER | MODEL
“To me, being “in the moment” is something I have always stood by. Whenever that moment arises, I’ll still always be me. Moving forward with time, of course my entire perception of what I share online has changed, but I’ve never been the one to follow trends”
A live wire persona, an OG fashionista of Dubai, and a budding entrepreneur – is how Jannat Miranda can be best described as. The Dubai-based influencer and fashion blogger is a name that is not unknown to many. Jannat’s aesthetic Instagram feed that features her sartorial stories from across the globe, her playing muse to ace designers in India and abroad, and her entrepreneurial stint with her ventures – speak about the multi-faceted woman that she is. It is her impeccable taste in fashion that got her to feature on Runway Square’s ‘Not Another Interview’ as the magazine’s first international guest. Jannat’s love affair with fashion began when she was quite young. She took her fashion game a notch higher and started ‘JMode’ – an Instagram page that showcases the many outfits she dons and the designer ensembles she sports when she plays a muse to the noted designers in India and internationally. By Jannat’s own admission, she is all about the signature ‘Jannat’ style mantra, that is – dress to impress, and less is more. Her aesthetic feed is a testimony of her effortless and understated elegance, which is something she takes from her mother. For Jannat, her mother is her fashion icon apart from being her best friend and the one from whom she learned to value and preserve everything she has been blessed with.
Not the one to limit herself to be a style icon, Jannat took the entrepreneurial plunge by starting her venture ‘Empower Organization’ – a networking and career development platform for young entrepreneurs. She is one of Dubai’s hands on and leading entrepreneurs along with being an active change-enabler. Her inspiration to hustle comes from her parents, who have imbibed in her that hard work is the key and that nothing should be taken for granted.
